Q : How to check the orders status ?
A : Normally customer can check the parcels status on SF Express website, if the delivery number is already sent. If not, please wtsapp : +852 6602 2795 or by e-mail: gluckhk@gmail.com contact us. we will get back you asap.
Q : What payment methods we support ?
A : Our website support to VISA , MASTERCARD , AMERICAN EXPRESS ,
APPLE PAY , GOOGLE PAY and PAYPAL. If customer wish to make a payment by PAYME / FPS, please Wtsapp : +852 6602 2795 or DM us via INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK, we will assist you to create an order by manual.
Q : What should i do if received incorrect / damaged items ?
A : Please contact us via Wtsapp or INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK DM within 7 days after items received, we will deal with it asap.

Q : Whom will pay the delivery charge, if i need to return and exchange ?
A : If customer need to make any return and exchange, the delivery charge will be responsible by the customer. The parcels will return back to customer if the fees has not been settled before sent. Customer also can take it back to our MONG KOK store to make a return and exchange.

Q : Can i change or amend my order ?
A : Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments or change to your order once it has been placed. Please review the information details carefully before
you confirm to place an order.
Q : Which area does we able to deliver ?
A : HONG KONG, MACAU, TAIWAN is now we support to sent. For other area, please contact us by Wtsapp/DM, we are kindly to help you out.
